**Job Summary** Akkodis is seeking a talented Data & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within the Engineering industry. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge data solutions and artificial intelligence applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
  • Optimize data processing workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure reliability and availability.
  • Integrate diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering and AI processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve data solutions.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. All levels of experience are welcome, indicating a strong interest in learning and growth within data engineering and AI. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is essential. A strong understanding of data storage technologies like SQL and NoSQL databases, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), is required. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ETL processes is also important.
